开局听Salvatore Leone的话去找腐败警察Leon McAffrey碰头，他会给你一把M4，然后让你在Torrington自己对付Sindacco的人。清完场后McAffrey会开车回来接你，紧接着就是一场公路追逐战，对面会骑摩托、开皮卡甚至叫直升机来追杀。好在M4子弹无限，坐在车上突突突就行，最后McAffrey会把你在Staunton Lift Bridge扔下，任务就算完成了。

托尼按照萨尔瓦托雷·莱昂内的吩咐，去和他的一个熟人碰面。这熟人是LCPD的腐败警察里昂·麦卡弗里。两人激烈讨论了一番，决定联手干活，一起开车去托灵顿见几个辛达科家族的成员。里昂给了托尼一把M4步枪，等托尼下车后，他自己开车走了，临走前告诉托尼要“适应并生存下去”。托尼干掉了一批辛达科家族的帮派成员，之后麦卡弗里回来接上托尼，两人一起开车撤离。辛达科家族的人骑着摩托车、开着皮卡，还出动了一架直升机，紧追不舍。托尼用那把无限子弹的步枪把追兵全部揍退，随后麦卡弗里觉得这事越来越招摇了。他把托尼丢在斯汤顿升降桥，自己开车跑路了。
Mission
Toni, on the instructions of Salvatore Leone, goes to meet an associate of his. The associate is corrupt LCPD police officer Leon McAffrey. After a heated discussion, the two decide to work together and drive off to Torrington to meet some Sindacco members. Leon supplies Toni with an M4 rifle and, with Toni out of his car, drives off, telling Toni to 'adapt and survive'. Toni kills a number of Sindacco Family gang members, after which McAffrey returns and the two drive off, with the Sindaccos in motorcycles, pickup trucks and a helicopter, in hot pursuit. Toni then uses the rifle with unlimited ammo to fend them off, before McAffrey decides it's becoming too high-profile. He drives off, leaving Toni at the Staunton Lift Bridge.
