Mission
Mike Toreno escaped death when Carl and Cesar Vialpando killed T-Bone Mendez and Ryder, but Wu Zi Mu has tracked Toreno down to a Maverick helicopter at the SFPD headquarters.
Carl drives to Downtown and sees Toreno's men guarding the Maverick. Carl kills Toreno's guards and as he approaches the Maverick, it takes off with Toreno on overboard. Carl collects a Rocket Launcher and/or an AK47. The Maverick flies off south with Carl in pursuit, with his mission being to destroy the helicopter and kill everyone on board. The Maverick will proceed alongside the motorway past Foster Valley; it will then continue throughout the countryside and finally land at a farm across the river from Back o Beyond, where an ambush is waiting for Carl. If the Maverick is still not taken down after it drops off the gunmen and flies away, the mission is failed.
